If you are at Shirley's on 'D' Bay Restaurant in Newport, Shirley's Tippy Canoe Bar & Grill in Troutdale, or having Shirley cater your event, then you are ready to dine on some darned good food! Everything at Shirley's is made from scratch and she uses only the freshest ingredients. And if you are having a party, large or small, we are here, there and anywhere with catering at its best! Breakfast Menu – When it comes to Omelettes, we don't count the eggs! The Italian and Polish Sausage is our special recipe. The sauces, gravies, and even the jam are homemade. The breakfast Potatoes are real new potatoes that we cook, slice, and fry with onions. Our Pancakes are mom's recipe. We also do the bump & grind to bring you fresh homemade Corned Beef Hash and sometimes even Prime Rib Hash. Lunch Menu – Lunch features the best darned Clam Chowder (made with real whipping cream), homemade Soups, and homemade Salad Dressings. Our Reubens are absolutely the best anywhere. The Burgers are great, and only the freshest Seafood is served. And check out our handcrafted Desserts menu! Dinner Menu – We specialize in the Deep Fried Hard Crab, the freshest of Seafoods (delivered by our local fishermen); the Dungeness Crab is delivered alive. The homemade Double-Stuffed Potatoes and the real French Fries are out of this world! And don't forget our homemade Desserts made from family recipes.
