Homemade Jams

When I came to the Oregon coast, my mom came with me, and I started a deli. I found out shortly that the need was not for a deli but for a full-blown restaurant, so we started serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that a restaurant should serve all homemade food and my mom helped me make the jams! We use pineapple juice in all of our jams and cut the sugar in half, so the flavors are there and not the sugar taste. The jam is great, so keep it refrigerated and use in three weeks or freeze it.

Select 3 jars of your favorite berry flavor and another 3 jars of a second favorite berry flavor for a total of six 8-ounce jars in a pack.

Get one 8-ounce jar of each of six berry flavors: Strawberry, Marionberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Loganberry, and Peach & Pineapple. Total of six 8-ounce jars.
